Ms. Wenjie Sun is the co-founder and partner of [Sun & Ren, PLLC], focusing primarily on business immigration. She is widely recognized in the artist community for her superior track record in successfully representing artists and musicians with their O-1 visa and EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) immigration petitions.
Ms. Sun also has extensive experience in employment-based immigration matters. She has successfully handled hundreds of H-1B, L-1 and PERM applications by developing individually tailored strategies on a case-by-case basis, helping her clients win a number of challenging cases.
Related to EB-5, Ms. Sun has conducted due diligence on Regional Centers and worked with security attorneys on various offering documentation, including I-526 and I-829 filings for investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam.
For three consecutive years (2016 – 2018), Ms. Sun was named a Rising Star in the New York metropolitan area by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Momo Ren, the co-founder and partner of the firm, practices exclusively in the fields of employment-based and family-based immigration law. With a focus on analyzing and providing guidance on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies to meet each client's specific needs, she has successfully assisted clients in obtaining H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-2/3, EB-5 as well as family-based immigration filings. Prior to founding Sun &Ren PLLC, Ms. Ren gained significant experience with reputable US-China law firms representing public and state-owned companies, as well as start-up, small, and medium-sized organizations on a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters. She has experience servicing a large volume of clients across diverse industries, including finance, real estate, technology, engineering, entertainment and fashion, hospitality as well as schools. She holds an LLM degree from the George Washington University, and an LLB from the University of International Business and Economics.
Ms. Ren also has extensive experience advising on complex matters, including working with entrepreneurs to obtain E-1 and E-2 visas for start-up enterprises and alien with extraordinary ability in certain fields. She regularly counsels' clients regarding I-9 compliance, E-Verify and H-1B Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance.
Ms. Ren speaks Mandarin and English. She is a frequent lecturer of immigration law, regulation, policy and compliance in front of private organizations and educational institutions. She is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association.

With a diverse background in both law and economics, Ms. Wang brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, specializing in business immigration law.
Since joining Sun & Ren, PLLC, Ms. Wang has gained extensive experience handling complex immigration and nonimmigration cases, including O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, and National Interest Waiver petitions. Her thorough approach to petition preparation—from drafting compelling petition letters to responding to Requests for Evidence from USCIS—has consistently resulted in successful outcomes for her clients. Specializing in intricate cases, she has also converted denials into approvals through successful appeals to the AAO.
A graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, Ms. Wang has honed her expertise through rigorous academic training and practical experience. In addition to her J.D., she holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economy and Trade. Her prior legal experience spans a wide range of practice areas, including corporate law, healthcare compliance, and business law. Ms. Wang has significant experience drafting and reviewing contracts, forming businesses, and advising clients on regulatory compliance matters. Her international and interdisciplinary education and work experience enable her to approach legal challenges with a comprehensive, globally informed perspective.
